2005 Q45 Xenon headlights

Are the Xenon headlights adjustable or self leveling? Recently, they seem to be much lower and the dealer doesn't have a good answer.

they're adjustable. look for the switch on the dash on the left side of steering wheel.

No, there is not a switch on the dash for a 2005.according to the FSM they are self adjusting

I was wondering about that as there is a switch on the later FGY33 with HID low beam, but I also thought the headlights adjustment on the F50 was automatic.

my f50 has a switch. didnt realize the 05 didnt.

Having just bought 05 lamps to go on an 02 Q45, I can tell u there are about 45 EXTRA pages in the LT section of the FSM JUST for the automatic leveling function.

I have no ability to make leveling adjustments right now.

However, last night when we were installing the driver lamp w/ the new halos, we 'accidentally" got the motor on the PASANGER lamp working... didnot have time to explore....but my dash swith does not work.[IMG][/IMG][IMG][/IMG]
