My 2005 Pathfinder does not blow any hot/warm air. It simply blows cold air even when the vehicle has been running for some time. The problem is intermittent and sometimes blows cold air and somtimes warm/hot air. I dont have any issue with running AC and cold air. Any suggestions on why I am not getting hot/warm air is cold weather?

Thanks.

Do you have the auto or manual A/C controls?

I have auto A/C controls.
I tried using both auto and manully turning a/c off settings with same mixed results.

I had cold air blow when I was idling, either in the parking lot or at a red light. When I was driving, it was fine. Turns out my issue was simply low coolant, and at idle speeds the coolant level wasn't high enough to reach the heater core. Check the levels, top off if necessary.

Try running the self-diagnostic described on page ATC-50 of the factory service manual.
