I recently replaced the headgasket on my 2005 1.8S Nissan Sentra and now my power steering fluid is leaking at both hose connections to the power steering fluid reservoir. I have tried tightning the hoses where they connect to the reservoir, but no luck. I am planning on ordering a new reservoir and hoses and hope that replacing these components will fix the problem. Just in case I figured I'd check to see if anyone knows if this might be a sign of a more serious problem with my power steering that I should look into, and also if there is a way to stop this leakage without having to replace components. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Ian Gray

You might want to call up a local junkyard and ask them if they have anypower steering fluid reservoir. That way you can save some $$$. Plus they even may have some hoses as well.

Just trying to help is all.

Thanks. I'll give that a shot.
