So I ran into the problem with the radiator fluid / transmission fluid contamination. Replaced the radiator with an aftermarket one and flushed the transmission but caught it too late as I'm getting solenoid error codes and slippage, etc.
I found a wrecker that has a transmission with 47K miles on it. Before I go through all the expense of swapping it out, is there any chance this wrecker transmission could have been contaminated too? I can see something with a lot more miles having a greater chance being in the scenario but not sure about the lower mileage one.
Anyone have any feedback?
