HI!I bought a 2005 Maxima lease return one week ago. I LOVE the car and yesterday everything was perfect. Today I get in and when I turned the car to assessories there was a really load click/tick happening under the dash. I turn the car on... I turned all the buttons on and off... the steering wheel moves up/down in/out... the seat is moving... I drove up the street a little... everything seems to be working but the loud noise will not go away. I got out reactivated the alarm got back in and the same thing. Any suggestions?

Thanks!

I know you said you turned all the buttons on and off, but I'm curious: did you try varying the HVAC fan speed and vent mode (feet, dash, etc.)? My (older) Maxima will occasionally make a whirring/clicking sound from inside the dash because the mechanism that actually physically switches vent modes is screwy. If I switch to dash-only, then back to feet, it stops. Yours might be something similar. It does still happen if the blower is off for me as well.
