2005 Maxima LED Foglight bulb

Installed LED H3 foglight bulb but they don't work. Looks like the polarity may be the opposite of what the Max provides. Anyone have an easy way to change this without messing up the rest of my lights? I am not electrically inclined...just mechanical.

It would be really strange if the polarity was opposite on an H3. You could try reversing it to see if it will light up (positive to body, negative to the wire). Is it possible that you can reverse the LED in the holder?
