2005 Manual Transmission and differential fluid capacity?

Anyone know the capacities? Owners manual doesn't specify.

I was checking that out too...for some reason i think you have to check the level through a hole in the side of the MT...with your finger. no joke. the fluid is rather expensive though. theres a post from a couple of months back about fluid choices. check it out, apparently there are some copper components in the MT that can be ruined by the wrong type of fluid.
