2005 Infiniti QX56

Alright all you great infiniti techs I have a QX56 that recently arrived in my shop with 2 problems. One problem was the keys were not coded and I fixed that. The second problem is the rear door is inoperative the manual opener works find but when trying to use the remote or the 2 interior switches to open the trunk or the rear trunk switch to open the trunk nothing works. I have done tons of pin testing and everything seemed to be working fine going to the rear door control module so I replaced the module to no avail. Please help have 3 days tied up in this thing.
