I recently started hearing a creeking noise when I first use the car after sitting for a couple of hours. Seems to be coming from the suspension in the front as well as the rear. Last for first few hundred feet. Any ideas??Thanks,Jerry

It could be compression rods in the front, rust, loose bolt/nut. Have the suspension checked by knowledgable people. Maybe take it to the dealer on your next oil change. The techs there would know very well what could be the issue.

I get the same creaking noise in my '05 G35x w/45K. It happens (or is only audible) at low speed. I've been told it's coming from the control arm bushings and the way to tell is if doesn't squeak when it's raining. Mine doesn't squeak in the rain.

My question is, does this need to be addressed, or do I just need to put up with the noise?

it can occur whenever. If it doesn't bug you, well then you can probably deal with it. If it gets louder or more frequent, yes, have your suspension worked on...

if i was you i would just get it done at the dealer you should still be under warranty i got my 06 35x new compression rods and they had to re torque the axels because it was clicking so i would do it before that expires
