2005 G35X...Burning rubber/coolant smell

New to the forum! Have a few questions! So I think I have two seperate issues with my car that I do not have an answer for (and neither does the dealer)

1. I have a recurring burning rubber smell coming from the rear of the engine bay and also in the cabin of the car. Sometimes it is very strong. I have been monitoring the oil level of the car and it does not seem to be using any oil. I have heard it may be the belts slipping?

2. After long drives, I notice a slight-moderate odour of coolant coming from the front of the car near the coolant over flow bottle and radiator. What can cause this? The hoses look OK and there is no coolant under the car.

The car has 104,000 KM's on it.

After reading about all the oil leaks mentioned in other posts I am a little concerned!
