2005 G35 Sedan Brake Pad and Rotor Replacement DIY

I am looking for some help to DIY a brake pad replacement on the rear for a 2005 G35 Sedan-2WD. If anyone has torque specs, lube points, etc. this will be helpful. I also would like to replace the rotors and pads on the front. I am doing this for my girlfriend to save her some money and to get a little TCL from her when I finish the job. Since she is brutal on the brakes, can I put the 12.6" rotors on the stock caliper setup? I will most likely go with the hawk pads and brembo rotors, as they appear to be a proven combo.
