2005 g35 coupe - aftermarket stereo

I'm looking to upgrade my factory stereo deck to an aftermarket one with bluetooth functionality. What I'm worried about is whether or not I would need to purchase an aftermarket control console? I read this previous thread:

and someone said that, in the 03-04 models, the AC unit shares the same space as the head unit. Is this true for the 05 G35 coupe as well? Or can I simply purchase an aftermarket stereo and plug it into my existing center console without any other modifications?

Yes, the 2003-2007 coupes and 2003-2006 sedans all use the same console. You have to get the AC board...

Yeah, look on ebay for a metra or jdm kit, they r pricey, metra is cheaper, I picked one up for $120
