Also drained the transmission fluid and installed new filter etc
Completed it to find i still have the same problem.....1st to 2nd gear change up a bump all other gear changes up and down are fine. Then as i come to a stop 2nd to 1st change down a bump. No cross contamination of fluids at all. Question is going front to rear under the truck just backward of the transmission and pan about a foot or so is the drive axle that has some sort of mount on it, the top portion isnt connected to anything i have no clue of its value there could it be the mount is gone bad causing the thud
