Can HID's be installed in fog lights... or are there brighter regular lights I could install for fog lights

Next Question, how difficult is it to change these ?

You can get an HID upgrade kit no problem I have been running PIAA H3 yellow IONS for a few years and love them. I guess it depends on what you are looking for.

As for changing the bulbs...For the driver's side you need to remove the intake or the stock air filter. This will give you access to the bulb. For the passenger's side, remove the fluid reservoir (there's 2 10mm bolts holding it in place). After that you'll need to remove the fill tube for the windshield washer fluid. You can do this by twisting it counter clockwise. After that you will have access to the bulbs.It is a tight fit and a pain in the butt, but it can be done.
