2005 Altima 3.5SL with P2135 & P0507

2005 Altima 3.5 had SES light and a local dealer retrieved the code as P2135.

We cleaned the old Throttle Body (TB) and that didn't solve the problem. We bought reman TB (Hitachi brand) and replaced the old one. Now, we have P0507 code and idle is 'swinging' between 1200 and 1800.

We tried the Idle Air Volume Learning (IAVL) procedure, about 20 times now along with Accekerator Pedal Released Position Learning and Throttle Valve Closed Position Learning, and still cannot fix this problem/code.

We tried disconnecting the negative battery terminal for about 6 hours and that didn't work.

Anybody have any other idea what I can try before I take it to a dealer to relearn?

At this point, I am even thinking about investing in one of those 'Consult II' gadget to fix this type of problem, and since we have 3 'old' Nissan products among family members. I don't even know how much this is and where to get it but I am very frustrated about this.

Any input/comment about this issue would be appreciated.
