hey fellas, my pathy overheated and head gasket didn't like it. going back together now and found i forgot to mark which sprocket came from which side. i kept the sprockets together intake/exhaust, but does it matter which bank each set of sprockets go on?

looked up parts and found on one site, it shows each side is replaced by the same part number. i was thinking of using the lower part number on bank1 and other on bank 2 cuz it seems logical. anyone know if it matters?

They're identical. The originals are both p/n 13025-CD000, the supersessions are 13025-EA210 and 13025-EA22A. None of them show any difference side to side.

thanx Vstar!

it seems if they were not identical, they wouldn't be made to be swapped with the timing marks (oval/circle) made interchangable. going to cross my fingers anyways

If you're talking about the exhaust cam sprockets, they're both 13024-7Y000. Parts with the same p/n are always interchangeable, and the parts catalog shows the same numbers left and right. The marks might differ a little from vendor to vendor, but the only things that matter on a VQ are the mating marks (punched in front and sometimes raised in back on the intake gears) relative to the colored links.
