Car: 2004 Nissan 350Z Convertible

I just received a remote start for christmas. Does anyone know of any problems
with installing one in a 2005 350Z convertable toring package. I was just told you can not use these in all cars and it could damage the electrical system.
Please if anyone has one or knows of any problems with using one let me know

You will get more responses if you post this in the 350Z section, I sure a MOD will move this to the right forum.
