My friend is looking to get a used 350z. They asked for $18K with 42K mile on it, fully loaded. Owner said it has been well taking care off. Is it a good price?

That sounds like a pretty reasonable price imo

Price sounds fair for what it is, and the cold months during winter are usually the best times to buy cars like the Z.

Make sure he talks to the owner/dealership and finds out if the engine is in sound shape. The RevUp version of the engine in the 350Z has had some issues with oil consumption. I've got a 35th Anniversary and had no engine problems and it's nearing the 100K mark.
