Hello, I'm coming up on one year owning my first Nissan vehicle ever. I previously owned GM cars exclusively. I got a great deal on the Murano and so decided to go for it. I bought it from Concordville Nissan near Philadelphia, PA. I highly recommend this dealership and it's staff as they made my buying experience a great one! The car had 50K miles, is certified pre-owned, and has all options except navigation and traction control. Color is Illuminous Gold Metallic with Caffe Latte leather interior. Overall she has been a very nice SUV, looks great, and rides relatively nice. Gas mileage is well under advertised for this vehicle (20city/24hwy). I do mostly city driving and get 11 - 13 mpg. I joined the forum in July 2009 and look forward to gaining knowledge as well as offering advice. Happy New Year 2010 to all!! [IMG][/IMG]

There is defimitely something wrong with your car, if that's the mileage you're getting. High teens to low 20's (usually what you see advertised for Mo's for combined city/highway) is about right - not 11-13. I get 19-21 with my 04 SE, and a few MPG's more when on extended highway driving trips.

I agree that there is something wrong in the gas mileage department. I have over 80K on mine (an '04 but not AWD) and have averaged 21.53 miles per gallon. My driving is mostly rural and some highway so my mileage may be somewhat higher. I'm kinda anal about keeping track of things and I record miles and fuel used every time I fill up. Even have an Excel spreadsheet to do my calculations for me.
