2004 Sentra 1.8 squealing

I first thought it was the steering pump but sound was more towards the front. I changed the tension wheel but that wasn't it. Someone said it could be the alternator wheel. Can the wheel be changed by itself or do I have to get a whole new alternator? I'm not having any electrical issues.

If it's the alternator then chances are it's the nose bearing causing a squeal and not the pulley. On a QG18, with the alternator and compressor on their own belt, you can eliminate half the suspects by pulling the front belt to disable the P/S and water pump.
