Once in a while when i retract my top it seems to be sluggish or even stick.
I have lubed all the visible spots i could see.
is there any hidden pivot points to lube?
Or do motors or the switch need replaced?

Check over the FSM to make sure you haven't missed any points. Are you running the to down when it's as as little cold outside?

NICO Club 350Z FSM Catalog

I recommend downloading all the entire FSM instead of looking at the FSM one chapter at time on a browser. The new Nissan FSMs are all linked so you can skip around through the built in Acrobat links if you have the complete FSM in a folder.
