We have a 2004 QX56 with 60,000 miles and are having the following problems.
After the truck is drove a short distance you can smell antifreeze but you can not see it leaking anywhere and there is no steam coming from the exhaust.
We have noticed that the transmission seems to slip just a little when taking off and also in reverse but this is intermittent and not all the time.
I did not think these problems could be related but I was doing some searching and found the following on Consumer Guide Auto.
"Water leak: The engine may not crank or may crank but not start, or the transmission may misbehave due to water getting into and corroding the connector between the engine control wiring harness and transmission wiring harness. (2004-05)"

Has anyone had this problem or know anything about it?
