2004 QX56 mirror and headlight replacements?

Question 1: Someone hit my driver side mirror and just the mirror itself cracked, the assembly is fine. Is there anyway just to replace the mirror so that it will still work with the defroster option or do i have to replace the whole thing?

Question 2: One of my headlights seems to have moisture in it, obviously it caused my light to burn out. I did not see any crack or holes in it. the assembly on EBAY is over $500, new from other websites is $1300, can't afford any of those options. no junkyards in my area, any suggestions?
