Thanks for the replies. As for disconnecting the battery, I've done that recently because my battery died over the summer so I had the old one out for a few hours while I was out getting a new one. That did not resolve the express up/down feature for this window. And yes, all other windows work perfectly fine, no issues with the express up/down on those.
Regarding the window switches, the express up/down does not work for that window using the switch on the passenger door for that window or the main switch near the driver's controls (driver's seat). Since it doesn't work for either switch, my guess is it's not the window switch but more related to the control unit wiring or control unit itself, or the express feature needs to be programmed to auto up/down and I have not done that correctly. There is a possibility that when the dealer repaired the main connector, they didn't line up the wires correctly. So what happened with the connector was when I pulled the door panel with a bit too much force, it pulled all of the wires completely out of the connector. I had no clue which wire went into what slot so the dealer put it back together using the wiring schematic but there is a chance they didn't line the wires up in that connector properly. I had ordered the control unit online so all I had the dealer do was simply put the connector back together. I brought the truck home and installed the control unit myself, plugged it all back together, got the window working fine but quickly noticed the express feature no longer worked. I started to think that the control unit I ordered was for a QX56 model that did not have the rear seats express up/down but when I rechecked the part numbers, I found out that this is the only control unit they sell. There is not other part that I could find so that's not the problem.
I was hoping this was just a programming issue
