2004 qx56 Air Conditioning/Fan works "sometimes"

This is an intermittent problem. When the car starts up, the fan blows air "sometimes". Other times, NOTHING. Sometimes it will come on 5 minutes after driving. Sometimes shutting the car off an on does the trick. I am sure it will take the stealership 8 back and forth trips and at least 5 grand to figue this one out, so hopefully someone else had this problem and found a fix?

Please help, it's getting hot up here, so annoying this problem...

I had my fans acting goofy on my 2010 Platinum Armada, turns out one of the motors was bad, that could be the case.
