I have an 04 quest that i have been disassembling to replace the timing chains and tensioners. I'm following the nissan manual and am attempting to remove the oil pan with no luck, its hung up on the frame. Any tips? Also, any useful tips on the timing chain install. I'm an Army helicopter mechanic and this is by far the most difficult repair I have ever done. I think nissan should hire some boeing engineers for the next model year. Thanks in advance.

You just need to take off the medal lower oil pan. Then there is 2 bolts that go up into the front cover take them out and then the bolts for front cover out with taking alt and ps long bolts out and you can get by with out taking platinum and valve covers off if you can get the cam bolts loose Nissan came out with a crank holder to due this with and to do the secondary t chains and tensionor shoes and reseal they pay us 4.6 hours I think.good luck
