2004 Pathfinder SE No Headlights,Tail Lights, dash or Windows

2004 Pathfinder SE
I fill up one day and when I get back in my shift lock won't disengage.
I then find out that I have no Head lights, Tail Lights, Dash lights, Power Windows or Sunroof power.
All fuses and relays are fine.
Still runs fine, fan, instruments, turn signals and radio all work.

Would seem to point to a bad ground but where?

Check 7.5A fuse #24 in the cabin fusebox. That's logic and backup power for the SEC, which runs all of the systems that are inop.

Does the fuse have power? If not you have a fusebox issue, that fuse should be hot at all times. If so, check power and ground at the SEC. You should have battery at pin 49, ignition power at pin 27, and solid ground at pins 43 and 64. If that all checks good, your SEC has probably gone south. See EL-223 here:
