Im really new to this so please dont hate too much. I love my pathfinder. But i am so used to sitting low in a car that the height freaks me out a bit. I also LOVE rally. I know my patty isn't fully rally ready. One being im afraid of my suspension blowing up going 30mph on my dirt road. Is there a suspension or anythinf available that will lower the car about an inch but also make it more stable around corners and stronger against hard hits? Kinda like a subaru forester with a small lift kit? Thank you!

I'm not much into lowering trucks but I do know there are lowering kits for Nissan Pathfinders. You can actually find lowering coil springs on ebay. Now it would greatly depend on the model of you ride so you gotta be sure it's compatible. You really gotta look around and i suggest talking to a technician who knows how to get you this kind of set-up. Good look on lowering her.

I don't think there's a ton of information on lowering them here beyond lowering springs like romytoss talked about since most folks are interested in going the other direction, but you could shoot miamiheat3332 a message. He did a lot of suspension work (specifically to improve handling), and I think he's still around from time to time.

Here's some threads that may be of interest:

Damn!! Crazy to see my name still pops up around here. Havent been active in forever or on here in months.

To answer the original question, no lowering springs are not the way to go if you want to speed on a dirt road. What your looking for is long travel suspension with a drop which would have to be custom made.

The lowering coils are designed with high springrates aka not good for rapid terrain change at speed on dirt road.
