i just changed mine on my 95 last mo and it was the first time
Basically there is an o ring to roll on the regulator and it feels like the stem part just pushes into the fuel rail
of the fuel injection system
It's the "prep" work that takes longer and you have to be patient
Have some rags around to catch a small quanity of gasoline
You have to pull a fuse (#32) while the engine is running to stop the fuel pump
I decided to change out the hoses since they were old and removed the throttle body for access to them
I also changed out the fuel filter as well
Old hoses takes patience since you usually have to cut them out, pull on them etc
I used original Nissan hose clamps, fuel filter, and bought the hose at Nissan to be sure it was a close to perfect fit
(worm gear hose clamps pinch the hose too much)
Upon reinstallation of the hoses i used antisieze on the ends to make the next removal easier
Be sure to put the fuel filter on correctly for the gasoline flow to the right direction
