On my dad's manual transmission Altima, in order for the clutch to engage you have to push the clutch pedal all the way to the floor. Is this something that can be adjusted? The car was bought brand new with 0 miles on it. According to my dad, the clutc has always been this way...

Flush the clutch line, check for a broken/breaking clutch pedal, possibly bad slave cylinder, etc..

Thanks DrewH! But the car was involved in an accident. Some lady in a 2014 Malibu T-boned him! So the car was totaled by the insurance.

Thanks you for your concern. Yea he came out without a scratch. Just looking for a new car now. 2008+ G37 or 370z.
