Went to the 2004 NYIAS today, was a pretty impressive show, lots of neat things there.

First and foremost, as a Nissan owner, I have to say they didn't have too much in the way of exciting products. The new M45 was about it, though they did have a 350Z convertible out this year for people to sit in. Oh well.

Ferarri/Maserati, etc had a much greater prescence than they've ever had, though all their reps were about as arrogant as you would figure a Ferarri/Maserati owner to be. ;-) Seriously though, they were all up on the platform, TALKING ON CELL PHONES, while tons of people were walking around dumbfounded by these cars. Granted, almost none of those people were actually going to buy one, but at least pay us the courtesy to talk to us about these cars . . .

Got to sit in a GTO, which wasn't bad at all . . . lots of other things too, that I can't remember now, it was a fairly long day, heh. I'll try to get pics up tomorrow, so you'll have to wait until then. :-)
