Good Morning All:

I have a 2004 Murano SL AWD and recently realized the automatic adjustment (from inside the cabin) for the side view mirrors is not working. I have toggled the "side switch" to both sides (left/right) and tried to actuate the mirrors up/down/left/right and nothing happens.

I have looked at the various (3) fuse panel locations (1 in the cabin near the driver door and 2 under the hood - one near the battery and the other to the left of the engine head). I found no fuses blown which might indicate a control for the side view mirrors.

With this background explanation of my problem and troubleshooting to date, I am looking for advice as to what this could be.

I am new to the site and would appreciate any input you could provide.

Thanks - Corey

Sorry I didn't get to your question sooner! First off, welcome to the Murano Forum in NICOclub! We are all glad you are here!

I quite honestly do not know what the issue might be, my first guess would have been the same as yours, check all the fuses. I would suggest calling a Nissan dealer or two, and see what their thoughts are. I wish I had a better answer for you, but that is the very best I can do. Please keep us posted as to what your findings are.

Thanks for the time. I was hoping for a quick and simple answer rather than a dealership trip but I was afraid that this was going to be the end game when I could not find a blown fuse. the vehicle is schedule for its next service in a few weeks. I will have them check the issue and keep the forum posted on the results and their findings.

In the meantime, if anyone else out there has any ideas, please share.
