2004 MURANO - Hesitation at acceleration

I own a 2004 Nissan Murano - I have the gremlin! warm engine usually on a warm day - but also noted in cooler weather - must floor the pedal to get it offline at stop light or stop sign - noted most often about 10-20 minutes after warming up - then continues until I stop at destination. I burn regular fuel - add premium about every 4th fuel up

WHAT GIVES? Why has this not been a recall? Any later models doing this?
