2004 M45 front brakes

Can someone please post the specific pages from the technical manual on how to replace the front brakes, including torque specifications.Thanks.

oh yeah that is a good i would like to know also...but i think someone did those...maybe it was the other M45 site?? Just do a search first!!

Remove wheels, remove calipers, if you are doing rotors then remove caliper brackets. Replace rotors, install brackets to somewhere around 90-100 ft/lbs(goodentite if you know what you are doing), install pads then calipers to goodentite and then wheels.

when you took the rotors off did it have that little screw on there?? Some of the rotors i have done had a little pain in the but screw not really holding anything but enough to strip out and get on your nerves

Not on our cars. At least mine didnt. For the rears though, make sure you adjust the parking brake. Thats what the rubber grommet is there for.
