Hello

I have a 2004 Altima with Bose system and I am trying to avoid using a FM transmitter. Does anyone know of any IPOD Adaptor/Interface that is compatible with my car?

well if you have a tape/cassette player than your set. I do not know the exact name of what the product is called, but on one side its a tape that you insert into your player, and the other side is a lil input for your ipod. you just switch over to tape, you the tape players your ipods tunes fors you.

I personally feel like the best way to go is to find an aftermarket head unit that has an iPod connection that allows you to control the iPod using the stereo. I know that Pioneer makes some, the Avic systems that people talk about on here, but also some standard CD player style decks too. I had one in my Pontiac *gag* Sunfire, and it did really well.

I am curious if you found an adapter for your 2004 Altima. I have a 2005 Altima I have been searching for an adapter for.
