Hello to all, one of my kids accidentally sprayed the engine with a hose wetting some electrical parts if not all. Now the car wont start. From what I can tell the security light is not blinking/flashing or even on at all. I don't hear the fuel pump running anymore either. The check engine light does not briefly come on while starting car or just wont come on at all.. Every other light on the dash works or turns on.The car turns over just fine but just wont start. Any ideas on this problem. Maybe ecu fried or NATS system fault. Please help. It only has 47,000 miles on it so not to much wear and tear.

Thanks!!!!!!

Welcome to Nico!

Have you checked all the fuses etc already?

I checked all fuses under left side under steering wheel but as I was just reading there is another fuse panel located in the engine compartment by the battery. Is this true? Thanks !

If so, what fuses would I find in that fuse panel?

I don't have an I35, just trying to go through the basic troubleshooting. So I'm not sure exactly what fuses are under the hood, but there is definitely another fuse box. Should be a large black box with a removable cover. The cover should have a fuse label on it. Verify all of them just to be sure.

Should look something like this...it's an 05 Maxima.
