I have water on my passenger floor board. I have checked to sunroof drain and last summer I ran the AC with the glove box off and did not see and condensation building up and I do notice it draining out of the car. I have not checked the gaskets. Does anyone have an idea or experienced the same thing.

Has it been raining where you are? Any idea if the windshield has been replaced? Sometimes the installer might not properly seal the windshield.
Even if it hasn't been replaced, sometimes the weatherstripping/ caulk seal might be compromised by corrosion on the metal. Take a look around the windshield to see if there's any breach. Remove your passenger A pillar trim and hose the windshield down from the outside to see if any water comes in.

Id check under the wiper cowl. There are a few small plug holes that you can remove. What happens is the seals go bad then leak rain through the blower motor at least in the 2001 this was the problem. I would assume its similar in the 2004.
You may need to remove the rear hood seal.
If you look under the ledge you can remove the retaining clips that hold the seal down in a way where you can re-use them.
