2004 g35x sunroof seal issue

We had some pretty bad rain the other day, and the next morning i noticed water dripping from one spot on my a-pillar.. took a look around and saw that the seal was coming away from the sunroof panel at the front, right in the middle. the dealer has given me a rough estimate of $250 cdn to fix it, and I don't seem to be able to find the seal separate from the glass panel for a diy job. The current rubber is pretty dry so I don't think resealing it will last..

Any ideas on how to go about fixing this would be greatly appreciated.
