2004 G35X Driver Power Seat

Seat motor works but right side does not move. No obstruction that I can see. I'm not sure how to take this thing apart. Can anyone give me details of how to disassemble the motor and/or seat? I've read that it could be a stripped gear but I do not know how to get to it. Because the seat is stuck in the back position, I cannot really access the nuts in the back that attach the seat to the body.

So you can hear the seat motor working? If not, It could be the switch...My 2005 passenger seat did the same thing.
