Hi everyone, I am new here and looking to pull the trigger on a G35 coupe. I wanted to get everyones opinion on what a fair price is. I found one at a dealer in the Chicagoland area. It is black/black, Bose, Navigation, Heated Seats, Power everything, Aero kit, new tires, and has 44k miles on it (2004). The car is in really great condition, maybe one or two small rock chips on the car, otherwise flawless, same with the interior. Any input would be great! Thanks guys!

well....suggested retail price through a dealer (according to KBB) is $27,925. Which personally im sure you can talk them down 1 or 2k. The 2003 i was going to pick up (until i discovered that it was involved in two accidents) had 30k miles on it and had nav, power everything, leather, 6-speed etc. The dealer (which i worked at, so i would have gotten the car at cost value) would have retailed the car for 26-27k. so i would say you are in that price range.

personal opinion. if you are going to pay close to $30k for the car, i would try to strike a deal on an 06 G coupe through a dealer cause i know around me they are trying to get them off the lots in time for the 08's. '

ADDITION: heres a nice members 2005 G35 with 22k miles on it for the same price http://www.autotrader.com/fyc/...ist=0

Thanks for the reply. I know the KBB price, but that seemed a bit high. Realistically it seems they're a bit under that. For reference I can get it from the dealer for 25k..27k out the door.

Hello Townshen,

Just for your records, I recently bought a 2004 G35 Coupe 5AT for CAD$295,00 + tax

It has 88000 km on it (I live in Canada!)

The car is fully loaded with 18" Rims, Bose Stereo, Nav, and Leather seats.

20k OTD is incredible...was something wrong with the car or is that including a trade-in? I haven't seen any coupes near that price at all. Hell, that's lower than the KBB trade-in value..

CONGRATS!! link the thread through here or post the pics here.

as for the 20k G, i would have had the same deal for the 03 G35 coupe i talked about earlier, because i worked at the dealership, but discovered that it was in two accidents.

see thread here zerothread?id=237745

NOTE: the thread was made while i was in the "purchase" process, the car still needed to be inspected and i had been driving it for the week before the final retail inspection (i was driving it to discover any immediate issues) however, after i learned about the accident history (it was hidden from me, see thread) i bailed on the car.

all the car relvelation is in this threadhttp://forums.nicoclub.com/zerothread?id=238556
