2004 G35 Power Window failure

Does the Service manual cover "How To" repair this item? Any tricks to find what is the problem, Switch vs motor etc? This is on the drivers side. It is an intermittent problem.Thanks!

Someone told me that he cleaned it and it is working for 2+ years. my motor went bad today also so i'm going to try that tomorrow. I just Fu*&*in changed the lock motor too. That part cost me 240 bucks at the dealership.

It's a common problem...usually the motor.
