Greetings,

I just purchased a 2004 G35 manual last week. Last night, I decided to give Latigo Canyon a shot. I wasn't driving hard. Going up the hill, the coolant temperature was dropping to as low as 130 degrees! It was chilly last night. But damn, can this car run THAT COOL going up hill?

My '02 Q45 would never run that cool. I wasn't use to that.

OR, is something possibly wrong?

All the best,
~HollywoodJackson~

Sounds like somebody removed the 'stat or it's stuck near full open, or your ECT sensor is malfunctioning. That definitely isn't normal in anything Nissan. Does it warm up normally idling in the driveway?
