2004 g35 Key

I have a blank key I bought from ebay (it should have the chip in it). Any ideas where I can get it cut and programed besides the dealer? I programmed the keyfob myself, so it's just the key.Thanks!

I think the only person that can do it is the dealer, for legal reasons.
