Hello,
Was wondering if anyone might know what is causing this issue?

Problem:
While turning on the car it'll turn on stay on for about 5-10secs and then shuts off.
But If i turn it on and give it gas it'll stay on with no issues..
It's only doing this when i turn it on, NOT while driving. It does have a small hesitation though.

It could be a dirty throttle body, a dirty MAF sensor, a vacuum leak or a simple idle issue.

An easy thing you can try is to disconnect the battery overnight to reset the ECU and see if that helps.

Thanks guys. After a few hours of continuous searching. I found my fix, all i did was turn the car to the on position for 2 secs then off for 10sec, repeated the step 4 more times and it stopped doing it.

So, you effectively started the Accelerator Pedal Release Position Learning process. Hopefully that solves it and the issue does not come back.
