2004 G35 BOTH KEYFOBS JUST STOPPED WORKING PLEASE HELP!!!!

This morning i went to the car and opened it with the key fob but when getting out it no longer worked. i went to replace the battery and it still didnt work. I have a second keyfob that always worked when my cousin used it so i went to try that and that didnt work either. I tried the reprogramming that i saw on this site. I got up to the hazards blinking twice but then when i turned the key to the ON position and hit the lock on remote nothing happened. i'm not sure what i am doing wrong but when i get inside, lock doors and insert key six times my hazards DO flash after that i have no idea what i am doing wrong. Will someone PLEASE help me out because i love this car but its going to be real aggrevating if i have to always use the key manually to lock/unlock doors
