2004 G Sedan 6MT Maintenance Question

Other than changing engine oil and various filters what else needs to be serviced as part of proper maintenance? How often should you do transmission or diff oil, or tune ups... that kinda stuff.

I drive normally for the most part, so under these conditions how often should I be worried about servicing things like this?

One of the manuals is called a "Service and Maintenance Guide". It lists everything that should be done and when to do it.
