2004 FX35 Rear Wiper

How does the rear wiper assembly come off of the shaft?

I currently have it spinning loose on the shaft (hopefully not stripped - but most likely).

I looked at the assembly, but it does not appear to remove easily - which means it is probably the easiest thing to pop off.
