Fuse and Coil Pack blew out on my 2004 G35 Coupe, and blew out
the ECU.

I had the ECU sent in for repairs, it came back to the mechanic and it's trying to turn over but no fuel is getting to the fuel injectors. The mechanic said he performed the ECU reset and still no dice, any idea guys?

It's been in the shop since the day before labor day. I'm dying to drive her again!

That is WAY too long. I would be talking to a manager to fix it ASAP for free.

From your description of the problem it is impossible to diagnose. Is this a dealership?

It was a private mechanic. I had the friend towed to a car's house
it's going to take two weeks before the dealer can look at the car. I
tried to crank the car and it sounds like the pump is working on it, but
I tried to see if there was pressure on the line under the hood running
to the injectors and nothing. The car cranks but it's not turning
over because there is no fuel getting to the fuel injectors.

I suggest getting it taken to a Infiniti dealer where they can hook up to it and diagnose the problem. You can always have someone else repair it to save cost but it sounds like you are getting nowhere right now.

What he said.

It sounds like the keys are not registered to the car. Is the red security light near the clock on solid while cranking?

I have had some repairs that have dragged out into multi-month fiascoes but it was never exceeded 4 I think. I had a Y50 that was struck by lightning and we were chasing electrical demons from it for months. I would have bought a new ECM 1000 times over waiting months to have it fixed that's wild. I hope it has a great warranty.
