2004 CD player replacement in my 2002 Cassette player?

Has anyone tried to replace a factory CD player in place of the factory cassette player?
I have a 2002 Q45 and would like to replace the unit with a factory CD player from a 2004 Q45; could this be done without any hassle?

Yes, you can replace the cassette player in a '02 Q45 for an 03+ CD changer with any problems. It should be a plug & play swap. A member did this and posted the install...check Nico Club and Freshalloy for the thread---can't remember which forum it was posted on.
