If you ran any liquid cleaner through your throttle body you damaged the throttle motor as it is not sealed for liquid. You will need to have the throttle body replaced and relearn performed with consult or some high end scan tool.

I purchased a reconditioned throttle body from the dealer for $160.00 . Parts guy told me the new ones use to be $600.00 but they were having problems with them and started selling the recons. for $160.00 . I installed the new throttle body and the surging stopped. But then I did not have full throttle. There is a procedure to relearn the throttle position... I spent about 1/2 hr. attempting to relearn the computer with out success. My wife needed her car the following day and it was getting late. The timing on the seconds with the key on key off and depressing the accelerator and so on have to be exact. I called the dealer and he said he could fix it up real quick. I took it to the dealer and he reset with his computer. and yeah I got ripped off. Another $100.00 for reprogramming. Good luck. Hope this was helpful.
